Rebounder to fix health
If you go to my social media pages, you will get a snapshot of why my daily routine always includes jumping on my rebounder for 5-10 minutes a day.
The rebounder is one of the best tools for total lymphatic drainage support. Nowadays, everyone needs to clear their lymph manually. Especially those that are more sedentary or sit at a desk most of the day. The lymph system is responsible for removing and filtering waste throughout the body, and sluggish lymph systems are a huge reason for adult acne, enlarged lymph nodes, fibroids in the uterus, breasts, and throughout the body, congested and fatty livers, those that wear tight clothing like sports bras socks, tight jeans or active compression wear.
Jumping on the rebounder for just 3 minutes a day is enough to help clear the entire lymph system. But make sure to manually open up your drainage pathways first before rebounding for the best effects.
Even better, use the rebounder for low impact, effective exercise throughout the week. This tones the entire body - glutes, legs, abs and low stomach, as well as the back - by using large and small stabilizer muscles. The rebounder is also fantastic for all women to help strengthen their pelvic floor. This is so important for general female health, pregnancy and birthing, post pregnancy, and to keep our pelvic muscles toned as we age. Many women begin to leak after the age of 30 now, which should be unheard of. If you want to keep your pelvic floor health strong and in check, wall squats and rebounder time daily is going to be your best friend.
In turn, lymphatic drainage helps mood regulation, stress responses within the body, clear skin, reduced cellulite, waste removal and improved detoxification, decreased pain and inflammation throughout the entire body, improves overall circulation (include cayenne pepper in your diet for increases benefits), better immune function, and increases recovery after workouts and practices/games for my athletes. Lymphatic drainage has even shown to improve pain for those with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and weakness. Think of it as giving your drainage system the boost it needs to really do its job.
